An important message from the little bear

Hi hi everyone,

It was a busy, busy last weekend of the year 2005, you know. But I think it was worth all the hustle and bustle, cos I'm rather happy about what we achieved.

But this part is a little sad -- cos this is sort of a farewell blog... Not that I've stopped writing or have 'retired' or anything like that, but just that my little comments will now be (what Fefe says) consolidated at The Kedou Kids Pod.

Happy New Year

Hiya everyone!

I hope you had a marvellous Christmas and are all set for the New Year! Actually hor, since I'm a Chinese 'pea', I get to celebrate two new years in January... tee-hee!

Fefe has been busy doing more of my little drawings... getting ready for my Chinese New Year e-Card, you know. So watch out for it, coming soon. Also, I've been a very busy little bear, getting my website ready for a what Meme calls a 'revamp', coming very soon. It's nearly all done except for the new Home Page, which Fefe is painting... must paint faster, hor, Fefe!

Tra-la-la-la, Merry Christmas!

Hi hi everyone

It's time for many happy days, you know! Wherever you are, and whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I hope you'll find your own happy day, hor! Fefe, Meme and I will have a quiet weekend -- Fefe has a new office, so we'll be helping him decorate it tomorrow :)

For Christmas, we'll stay home and play, play, play! Which reminds me... must hint to Meme about helado!

Back from an adventure

Hiya Everyone!

It's good to be back, though Meme and I had a really wonderful time in Peru! We flew over the mysterious Nazca lines but hor... they didn't have a drawing of a bear (tee hee)! Then we traipsed the humid Amazonian forests in Puerto Maldonado -- where we saw lots of hoatzins, you know! And the rare giant river otters, toucans, macaws... phew!

But the high point has to be the great Inca civilisation and its achievements -- if you look at our Machu Picchu postcard, you'd know what I mean. It's amazing -- how they built all those trails and cities... I think seeing all these is what Meme and Fefe call, 'broadening one's mind'... nice hor!

And besides visiting my friend Llama, I also made lots of new friends -- with Vicky Vicuna and Ally Alpaca :)

But I missed you all too, so it's good to be home!

If you've seen the pic on my blog page, then you'd have guessed where Meme and I are going to... :). I'm all excited about it as I love making new friends, you know! It also gives Meme a chance to catch up on her ornithology. Fefe would have gone too, except that he doesn't like long flights... :(. But he has promised to draw lots of my pictures while we're away... nice hor!

So I guess I won't be writing for almost 3 weeks, but when I come back, I'll have lots to tell you about my adventures!

Working hard

Hiya everyone

It was a very productive week you know... cos hor, Meme and I are preparing for a journey coming soon, so lots of podcasts to do :).

Last night, Fefe, Meme and I watched this very sad anime by Hayao Miyazaki, called "The Grave of The Fireflies". The little girl, Setsuko, is very cute but hor... very, very sad... made us all cry a lot :( :( :(. If only she had some helado when she needed it most...

Must stock up on emergency helado rations you know...
